Education Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Nurturing & Student Counselling**
- Call and counsel prospective students regarding **job-oriented courses** offered at **TIPS-G Alwar**.
- Understand students' interests and career goals to provide **personalized course recommendations**.
- Follow up on leads received from various sources (website, social media, walk-ins, referrals, etc.).
- Address queries related to course structure, fees, career opportunities, and benefits.
- Motivate students to **enroll in courses that align with their future career aspirations**.

**2. Admissions & Documentation**
- Guide students through the **admission process**, ensuring all formalities are completed.
- Collect and verify required **documents (Aadhar, marksheets, photos, etc.)** for admission.
- Maintain accurate records of **student enrollments and admission statuses**.

**3. Fee Collection & Parent Coordination**
- Keep track of **student fee payments and due amounts**.
- Follow up with students and parents for **timely fee payments**.
- Explain fee structures, installment plans, and available scholarships to students and parents.
- Handle **queries and concerns related to fees, deadlines, and late payment penalties**.

**4. Follow-Ups & Reporting**
- Maintain a **daily call log and follow-up record** for prospective and enrolled students.
- Share **weekly and monthly reports** on lead conversion rates, admissions, and fee collections.
- Provide feedback on students' interests and concerns to improve **marketing strategies and lead conversion**.

**5. Student Engagement & Relationship Management**
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to **enhance trust and satisfaction**.
- Ensure students remain engaged throughout their course duration.
- Assist in **student orientation and onboarding sessions**.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline (BA, B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred).
- **Experience**: 1+ year in counselling, telecalling, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- **Communication**: Fluent in Hindi & English, with excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
- **Personality Traits**: Persuasive, confident, empathetic, and target-oriented.
- **Preferred Experience**: Prior experience in **education counselling, admissions, or telecalling** is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
