Telecaller and Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on leads.
- Counsel students on career options and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fee structure, and job opportunities associated with each program.
- Address student queries regarding enrollment, scholarships, and eligibility.
- Maintain a database of inquiries and track follow-ups.
- Schedule and conduct counseling sessions via phone or in person.
- Assist in admission processes, document verification, and enrollment formalities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
- Meet monthly admission targets and maintain high conversion rates.
- Provide after-admission support to students regarding course commencement and academic guidelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Education, Marketing, or Psychology).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, or student admission roles.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle student concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools like MS Office, CRM software, or student management systems.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
