Job Summary:

We're hiring a CSR Program Coordinator to lead our CSR Companion initiative—a unique program designed to empower children through age-appropriate assessments, stories, and values-driven activities. In this role, you'll develop creative content, collaborate with partners, and monitor impact.

Job Description

Position Overview-

We're seeking a passionate CSR Program Counsellor to bring our "Learning Companion" initiative to life—developing content that empowers children through assessments, practice sheets, stories, and values-driven activities.

Key Responsibilities-


• Conceptualize and develop engaging, age-appropriate content covering health, education, and well-being.


• Design assessments, practice materials, stories, and knowledge articles that foster learning and values.


• Collaborate with partners (NGOs, schools, corporate stakeholders) for content dissemination.


• Coordinate distribution logistics and monitor program reach and effectiveness.


• Track impact through metrics, gather feedback, and prepare reports to guide improvements.


• Facilitate stakeholder communication—ensuring alignment, timely progress, and transparency.


• Maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills-


• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Communications, or related field.


• 5+years of experience in CSR, educational outreach, or children's content creation.


• Strong creative, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Excellent verbal & written communication; comfortable preparing reports and presentations.
