Plans, organizes, and administers the prescribed curriculum of Communication and Soft Skill training
- Use the standard tools defined to evaluate existing employees on spoken and written communication
- Training on Soft Skills & English Grammar
- Understanding Consonants, Vowels & Syllables, Etiquettes
- Analyse the Coaching / Training needs & support the process trainers in the delivery
- Develop Action plans and report out the improvement process in business reviews and implement the same
- Share feedback for existing employees in the organization to improve the communication standards on the floor.
- Share reports with the necessary stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Share real-time updates with the necessary stakeholders on the status of the communication standards of the employees

Run communication guideline campaigns on the floor and for new hire training batches.

3+ years of relevant experience in Deliver Communication/ Soft skills/ Interpersonal skills related training that empowers employees

2. Should have conducted sessions in their past - communication skill training, team building sessions, motivational training, business writing skill, behavioral training, etc.

3. Strong hold of Communication skills training and technical knowledge of English communication intonation, syllables, punctuation, etc.

4. Work towards grooming personalities and improving the communication skills of employees.

5. Strong written as well as verbal communication skills

6. Create and maintain a Positive and Professional learning environment.

7. Hands-on use or quick learning of internal tools/ systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
