Understanding of E-commerce sales especially Amazon Must be able to handle E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry etc.).

Quality assurance abilities Provides operational support to the Customer Service team while managing escalations and complaints

Monitors Order Processing Team, to ensure timely process of all orders/ returns, etc.

Taking care of company’s entire e-commerce presence. Handles customer’s queries and complaints within meantime.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
