**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Product Listing & Catalog Management**:

- Upload and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, etc.).
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization.
- Update inventory levels and track stock availability.

**2) Order Processing & Coordination**:

- Monitor online orders, returns, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth post-purchase support.

**3) Sales Performance Analysis**:

- Track sales, revenue, and product performance.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

**4) Campaign Management & Promotion**:

- Assist in planning and executing e-commerce promotions, deals, and discounts.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for product campaigns and digital ads.
- Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities.

**5) Website & Marketplace Optimization**:

- Ensure website and marketplace pages are SEO-friendly.
- Optimize content and visuals to enhance product visibility and search ranking.
- Identify and resolve any listing errors or account issues.

**6) Vendor & Marketplace Communication**:

- Maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and account managers.
- Resolve any disputes, penalties, or compliance issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in e-commerce operations, account handling, or online sales.
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of basic digital marketing (SEO, paid campaigns, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
