**What you’ll be doing...**
- Own the Complete QA activities on the Number Management domain team and partner with Development for the programme delivery of business & Transformational programmes.
- Program/Project Delivery Excellence: Own the program delivery working closely with the onshore teams and the teams (India and US) along with the vendor partners. Hands on technically and should come up with the Regression suite and automating the testing scenarios to an extent where we can have One-touch Validations during Deployments & other activities.
- Enable automation and proactive monitoring to detect issues and communicate to business proactively.
- Leadership Advocacy with business & IT stakeholders: Be a strong proponent of the ideas and thought leadership to represent the team and project on management and exec meetings, collect metrics (ROI, KPIs, etc.) and business processes involved behind the programs and articulate it well to mgmt.
- Enable best in class QA ecosystem with needed access, data, stakeholder partnerships
- Design Test cases for the User Stories and test them both manually and complete the automation suite for Regression.
- Drive a Culture of Innovation: Champion a culture of innovation and drive as an example.
- Actively Participate in experimentation, hackathons, coding events and other org wide events and efforts.
- Test plans: Create detailed test plans that include test procedures, resources, and timelines
- Test strategy: Develop a high-level document that outlines the testing approach, objectives, and roles and responsibilities
- Communication: Work with developers to identify and resolve issues
- Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the testing process
- Test execution: Oversee the execution of test cases and ensure the testing process follows the test plan
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients and management on the testing progress

**What we’re looking for...**

**You'll need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Two or more years of relevant work experience in software QA activities
- Three or more years of experience managing large scale core development projects as QA & Testing efforts to automate..Experience in Agile (SAFe/Scrum) delivery management.
- Experience in inventory management domain systems that deals with large volumes of data, multiple billing clients and critical on the customer journey.
- Experience in working on large scale programs / projects based on Java, Springboot Microservices, Cassandra, Oracle - as QA.
- Experience on the following technologies -Java, Selenium, Citrus, Groovy, Git, JIRA, Rally, qTest, Maven, Jenkins, Cucumber, databases (PostGres/MySQL/Oracle/Db2), SRE tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Even better if you have one or more of the following**:

- A Master's degree.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in enterprise-class software development and agile methodology.
- Experience in cloud computing, Spring Integration, Caching, or any similar technology.
- Experience in full project life cycle implementation.
- Experience in using and developing insights using various tools like Kibana, New Relic, Graffana.
- Experience & knowledge in Cassandra
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet critical deadlines.
