**What you’ll be doing...**

Facilitate status calls and web demos to stakeholders to review projects and functionality prior to testing. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support testing efforts and meet deadlines. Partnership with IT leads in working through issues/defects and resolution. Responsible for overall testing completion and metrics analysis, as well as status readouts to upper management.

Ensure testing is completed within established time and that objectives conform to the user requirements and needs of the business. Responsible for overall product delivery and approval/sign off. Responsible for Release Production Testing, Implementation and Launch support as well as Warranty issue tracking. Maintain communication with management, testers, IT and Stakeholders on project status.

Responsible for providing analysis and metrics for projects and overall release on an ongoing basis.

Should automate the test execution and identify the defects through automation. Should understand the org KPIs (Progression automation, automation efficiency, regression automation, CI/CD etc) and diligently follow and accomplish the targets defined.

**What we’re looking for...**

**You’ll need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with automation tools, developing software test plans, managing defects lifecycle using standard tools.
- Experience in Core Java, Selenium, SOAP UI.
- Knowledge on AI and LLM Models - Google Gemini/BERT (Prompt Engineering techniques)
- Experience with Agile and CI/CD pipeline, DevOps Tool chain (Jenkin, QTest, JIRA, GIT/STASH).
- Experience with automation tools & frameworks (Page object Model, Keyword and Data driven Framework) developing software test plans, managing defects lifecycle using standard tools.
- Knowledge on SDLC practices and methodologies - Agile, Safe Agile.
- Strong knowledge on flow based automation and should keep track of all defects resulting from testing, ensuring all high and urgent priority defects are reported on time.

**Even better if you have one or more of the following**:

- API Testing. Automation
- Experience in TOSCA tool.
- Certification in Agile.
- AWS knowledge is an added advantage.

**Where you’ll be working**: In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

**Scheduled Weekly Hours**: 40
