
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**: Conduct calls to potential clients, providing information about our educational programs and services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- **Client Engagement**: Build rapport with prospective students and parents, understanding their needs and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- **Sales Closure**: Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into enrollments.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospects to help improve our services and sales strategies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for reaching targets.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong command of English and Hindi.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
