Job Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously in terms of providing information to guests or callers and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring schedules are kept up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring it is presentable and welcoming to visitors.
- Assist in basic administrative and documentation tasks.

Education & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 0-1 years of experience in front office, reception, or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
