**Job Title**: Cook/Chef for Salad Bar - Murphy's Cafe

**Location**: Carmaleram, Sarjapur road

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present a variety of salads, healthy meals, and beverages as per the menu.
- Handle all kitchen operations, including cooking, cutting, and storing ingredients.
- Ensure proper food storage and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Serve customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Manage billing and handle cash or digital transactions efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the management for timely replenishments.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in menu innovation by suggesting new recipes or preparation methods.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a salad bar or health-focused eatery.
- Knowledge of fresh produce, food preparation, and healthy recipes.
- Ability to multitask and manage kitchen operations independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing software or willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, if required.
