**Experience**:
4-6 years
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team
- Report on operational metrics, conduct data, and business analysis, and present a summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
- Analyse business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness
- Close working relationship with Sales Head & Director to understand their requirements & prepare the customized reports
- Maintain dashboards, and worksheets and analyse, and review data
- Prepare/run daily/weekly/monthly dashboards/reports across all domains / multiple sites.
- Need to capture, transmit, store, retrieve, and manipulate data and display information
- Create documentation of all the reports for smooth operation and easy report maintenance
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis
- Understand management problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Creating various MIS reports on a weekly, monthly, half-yearly, annually
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team

**Skills Required**:

- Should have knowledge of VBA, Google Sheet
- Requires strong knowledge of Advance Excel (Google spreadsheets), and presentation. Skills, data management, and excellent communication skills.
- Good experience in maintaining, managing, and updating data.
- Should have strong experience in Macros,
- Advance Excel, Formulas, Pivots, V-Lookup, H-Lookup, etc.
- Can use Google Sheet functions used: VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Graphs,
- Conditional Statements, Descriptive Statistics
