**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Management**
- Collect, validate, and ensure data accuracy for reports and system integrity.
- Maintain and streamline data flow from various departments.

**2. Report Generation**
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business and management decision-making.
- Build sales dashboards on Google Sheets with multiple parameters.

**3. System Support**
- Manage and troubleshoot MIS systems.
- Provide user support for internal teams and collaborate on system upgrades and maintenance.

**4. Data Analysis**
- Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for business optimization.
- Ensure reporting aligns with organizational KPIs and business goals.

**5. Database Maintenance & Security**
- Maintain database functionality and performance.
- Implement data backups and ensure compliance with data security standards.

**Skills and Competencies Required**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in **Google Sheets**, including functions and collaborative features.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (Advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, SugarCRM) is a plus.
- Ability to import data from software platforms such as SFDC, Tableau, and SugarCRM.

**Data & Reporting Skills**:

- Experience in creating and maintaining sales dashboards with multiple parameters.
- Ability to run macros and script/code in Google Sheets to optimize workflows.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for system and data-related issues.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum of **2+ years of experience** in MIS reporting and data management.
- Certification in data tools/system administration (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in scripting/coding on Google Sheets is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
