**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Management**
- Collect, validate, clean, and maintain accurate and reliable data from various sources.
- Ensure consistency and integrity across internal systems.

2. **Report Generation & Dashboarding**
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
- Create ad-hoc reports and performance visualizations for stakeholders.

3. **System Support & Maintenance**
- Provide first-level support for MIS tools and databases.
- Coordinate with IT for upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems.

4. **Data Analysis & Insights**
- Interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.
- Assist departments (sales, marketing, operations) with data-driven decision-making.

5. **Database Management & Security**
- Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure secure data backup procedures and compliance with data protection policies.

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Google Sheets (including scripting, macros, and advanced formulas)
- Proficiency in database systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
- Experience with CRM/ERP tools (Salesforce, CRM Software, etc.)
- Ability to build and manage sales dashboards using multiple parameters
- Knowledge of importing and automating data from external software platforms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic scripting/coding skills in Google Sheets (Apps Script preferred)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS/data reporting roles
- Certification in data analysis, BI tools, or system administration is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
