**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the organization’s management information systems to support data collection, processing, and reporting. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, analysing data trends, and providing insights to aid in strategic decision-making.

**Location: - Mulund - Mumbai**

**Job Type: - Full Time**

**Salary: - 15k to 25k**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Collect, organize, and manage data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate and prepare regular MIS reports as per the company’s requirements.
- Create detailed dashboards, summaries, and presentations for senior management.
- Analyze data to provide insights and assist in decision-making.
- **System Maintenance**:

- Ensure the MIS systems are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with the IT team for any system upgrades, backups, and other technical requirements.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify and suggest improvements to existing MIS processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement automation where possible to streamline data processing and reporting.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure that all data management activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive company data.
- **Support Functions**:

- Assist different departments with their data and reporting needs.
- Provide training and support to staff on using MIS tools and systems.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in MIS or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
