As a Sales associate at Hexon Fitness, you will play a crucial role in expanding our member base and ensuring a positive experience for our current members. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential members, and promoting the benefits of our fitness programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective members, introducing them to our gym services and promoting membership packages.
- Provide detailed information about our fitness programs, facilities, and membership benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members through effective communication.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels, such as marketing campaigns and referrals.Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and membership sales.
- Address inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service to enhance member satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and member interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience preferably in the fitness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
