Position: Executive Associate

Shift: Graveyard Shift (05:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Morning to Afternoon)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer support calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
- Prepare, study, and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our database.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
