**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, with a strong focus on performance-driven outcomes.
- **Performance Marketing**: Oversee paid campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
- **Analytics and Optimization**: Leverage data analytics to track, measure, and optimize the performance of campaigns. Use insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
- **Brand Management**: Strengthen the company's brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- **Team Leadership**: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, including specialists in SEO, SEM, content, social media, and design.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across channels and initiatives.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives.
- **Customer Journey Mapping**: Enhance the customer experience across all stages of the funnel, from awareness to retention.
- **Market Trends**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for optimizing campaign performance.
- Experience in managing large budgets and driving measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
