**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
- Plan, organize, and execute events such as property launches, exhibitions, site visits, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers and investors.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, guest invitations, and event marketing.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively communicated and aligned with sales goals.
- Research and identify potential locations for marketing activities, such as roadshows, promotional stalls, and site visits.
- Evaluate and recommend locations based on customer footfall, demographics, and market trends.
- Negotiate with vendors and third-party locations to arrange spaces for marketing campaigns and events.
- Assist the sales team in preparing RERA documentation related to property sales, ensuring all legal requirements and documentation standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of RERA registrations, project approvals, and documentation for sales transactions.
- Provide administrative support in the preparation and submission of documents to RERA, ensuring timely and accurate filings.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event management, or real estate marketing.
- Familiarity with RERA regulations and documentation processes is a plus.

**Education**:

- Graduate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
