1. Our Sales department is excited to announce that we are looking for a competent and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive.

2. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.

3. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services.

4. To be successful as a Sales and Marketing Executive, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.

5. You should also have a prior work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar role.

6. Besides this, you should possess excellent convincing abilities as well as good communication skills.

7. You should also possess outstanding sales skills and the ability to work in a team environment as and when needed.

9. Preparing marketing and sales strategies.

10. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.

11. Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.

12. Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.

13. Handling complaints of the clients.

14. Taking feedbacks from the clients.

15. Writing monthly reports on the performance of the sales.
- **Requirements**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2. Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales Department.

3. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.

4. Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software.

5. Good oral and written communication skills.

6. Outstanding project management skills.

7. Ability to work under pressure.

8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

9. Good negotiation and sales skills.

10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shirdhon, Panvel, Raigad, Panvel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
