Job Title: Branch Support Executive

Reports to: [Area Manager / support manager]

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with branch employees and agents to ensure smooth operations.

2. Follow up with customers to obtain required documents and complete KYC formalities.

3. Track sales performance and provide updates to management.

4. Perform regular operational tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.

5. Make outbound calls to customers and Business Associates (BAs) to gather feedback and provide updates.

6. Assist the branch team in resolving customer queries and concerns.

7. Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Advance MS Excel Mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service
- Knowledge of sales tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with branch operations and procedures
