**Job Title**: Quality Auditor (Multiple Vacancies)

**Job Type**: Full-time, Work from Home

**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to reduce DSAT and enhance CSAT.
- Maintain and manage reports on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to address any gaps in quality and ensure customer service excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate performance against established KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific requirements and internal quality policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in quality auditing or a similar role
- **Communication**: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Writing Skills**: Strong writing ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of Excel (data management, reporting, and analysis).
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
