**Position Overview**:
Are you detail-oriented and highly organized? As an Auditor at Royal York Property Management, you will assess and evaluate various processes across departments to ensure performance is aligned with company objectives. You’ll play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, facilitating communication between teams, and implementing corrective actions to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, streamlining processes, and ensuring high standards of performance across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pipeline Assessment**: Review and assess departmental pipelines to ensure each team is performing their responsibilities effectively.
- **Transition Monitoring**: Oversee transitions between departments to ensure they are executed accurately and efficiently.
- **Issue Identification**: Identify and resolve bottlenecks or challenges within departmental workflows.
- **Facilitate Communication**: Promote collaboration and alignment by fostering clear communication between departments.
- **Corrective Action Implementation**: Implement corrective actions when performance discrepancies or inefficiencies are found.
- **Process Review & Update**: Regularly review, refine, and update processes to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

**Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in auditing, process improvement, or a related role.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Experience in facilitating inter-departmental collaboration.
