Key Responsibilities
- **Content Creation**: Produce engaging and grammatically correct marketing materials, including website copy, social media posts, and promotional collateral.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify target audiences, understand consumer needs and trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor, track, and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, content writers, sales teams, and external partners to align marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
- **Event Management**: Organize and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- **Digital Marketing**: Manage social media accounts, conduct pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and assist with website maintenance and search engine optimization (SEO).
- **Brand Management**: Ensure that all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the company's brand messaging and guidelines.
- **Stakeholder Relations**: Maintain positive relationships with media outlets, agencies, and other business partners.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
