We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to lead and manage marketing efforts for Cure Plus Hospitals, a part of the Sudhanand Group. With 13 hospitals located across 5 districts of Karnataka (Mysore, Mandya, Hassan, Chamarajnagar, and Madikeri), the role involves traveling to various hospital locations to promote services, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hospital Branding & Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Cure Plus Hospitals across the 5 districts of Karnataka. Focus on increasing brand recognition, patient engagement, and positioning Cure Plus as the preferred healthcare provider in each district.
- Field Marketing and Travel: Travel frequently to Mysore, Mandya, Hassan, Chamarajnagar, and Madikeri hospitals to engage with local communities, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to increase hospital visibility and patient numbers.
- Event Management: Organize health camps, free consultations, and community outreach initiatives at various Cure Plus hospital locations to raise awareness and educate the local population on available healthcare services.
- Partnerships and Referrals: Build strong relationships with local doctors, medical professionals, and institutions to drive patient referrals and foster collaborations for increased healthcare access.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand local healthcare needs, competitors' activities, and trends in each district, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Digital and Print Marketing: Oversee the creation of digital content and print materials such as social media posts, brochures, newsletters, and advertising campaigns to promote Cure Plus Hospitals in the regions.
- Campaign Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including patient acquisition, engagement rates, and ROI. Use insights to refine strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with Cure Plus's core values, services, and brand messaging.

Qualifications:

- Educational Requirements:

- Undergraduate (UG) degree in MBBS, BAMS, Nursing, Dental, or other medical-related fields
