**Operational Management**:

- Travel with the Mobile Healthcare Vans and arrange the required logístical support for camp setup and execution
- Liaise with local community members/leaders for awareness about the Mobile Healthcare Vans
- Oversee and manage a team of blue-collar workers -such as drivers, medical assistants, support staff for ensuring their adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement efficient scheduling and resource allocation systems to optimize clinic operations
- Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Healthcare Vans, ensuring timely and smooth transitions between locations and effective utilization of resources.
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of the Mobile Healthcare Vans and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Respond to patient inquiries, providing information about clinic services, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Oversee and manage inventory and supply chain management with the team, ensuring appropriate levels are maintained for operations.
- Monitor supply usage, conduct regular audits, and reorder supplies as necessary.
- Establish relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials, medicines and equipment.

**Problem Solving and Resilience**:

- Identify operational challenges and proactively develop solutions to address them, minimizing disruptions and ensuring seamless operations.
- Respond to unexpected situations or emergencies, making quick and effective decisions to minimize the impact on clinic services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred) Or Technical Diploma with 5 years of experience.
- Min 5 years of overall professional experience
- Minimum 02 years’ experience in managing a group of blue-collar workers in a fast-paced environment will be preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Person should be fit to travel by road in rural areas
- Age between 25-45 years
- Demonstrated resilience and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritization and attention to detail.
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach to risk planning and mitigation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations applicable to mobile dental clinic operations.
- Proficiency in Marathi and working knowledge of Hindi and English

Salary bracket:
Depending on level of experience and proficiency
