- In this role, you will be responsible for the function of the position, which is to transcribe inventories into Excel sheets while researching the Like, Kind, Quality of replacements and the understanding of product categories in a time sensitive manner. This position is responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data._
- Responsibilities_
- Technical Responsibilities:_
- _Process the request of claims bordereaux into the system received from client and converting into a standardized format_
- _Ensure prompt and responsive service to clients and brokers to ensure that Aspen remains industry leading in claims management. This will be done by finding gaps and closing them by processing the files received into the system_
- _Work closely with onshore team as directed to ensure Aspen data is current and accurate_
- _Assist the onshore team with pre and post audits activities including documenting files post audit based on data supplied by onshore adjusters_
- _Place summaries of client updates on precautionary claims in iQroute/BDX at the direction of onshore_
- _Handle closings for the onshore team_
- _File all acknowledgement queries by our TPA’s/DCA’s partners_
- _Other duties as directed by onshore team_
- Business Management:_
- _Organize the provision of administrative services, maintain records and provide management information_
- _Operate and utilize the in-house IT systems and that of external service providers for data input, reporting, data interrogation and report generation as required_
- _Assist Onshore Team in preparation for quarterly reserving meetings with underwriters and actuaries_
- _Operate to established "Claims Best Practice"_
- _Process advices and settlements on the appropriate systems_
- _Escalate to Onshore Claims Team as necessary to ensure reserves reflect the ultimate outcome as early as possible in the life of the claim_
- _Deal with correspondence queries for brokers and clients and make appropriate referrals to Onshore Team_

- _Completion / progress towards recognized Industry qualification e.g. ACII_

- Responsible for Appointment and Termination of producers and Agents. Pushing Producer packets through Systems for license inquiries and ACI PMEs, and validating license status. Perform triage and log requests from customers. Performs some research and analysis to resolve discrepancies pertaining to Appointment or Terminations._
