Job Description

Responsibilities

- End to End Claims Analyses
- Verify Policy/Claims Documents
- Claims Setup and Payment Processing
- Claims Submission and Tracking
- Correspond with involved Claim Parties
- Develop and Maintain Claims communication
- Maintain Records of Activities
- Manage day to day production and ensure SLAs are met
- Knowledge of up-stream and down-stream processes of Claims and how they are linked with each other
- Analytical and Reporting skills on excel
- Team player with a ready to learn approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Contribute towards process improvements through brainwaves

Qualifications

- Any Graduate degree
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance principles
- Must have London Insurance Market Claims Experience 2-5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working from the office and with rotational
- Immediate joiners preferred
