**Role Description**:We are looking for a **Tele-Collection Officer** to join our collections team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments
- Explain and negotiate repayment plans based on the customer’s situation
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to debt recovery
- Escalate issues to managers when required
- Use available tools to trace customers when necessary
- Update account status and share regular reports with the team

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in tele-collections (voice process)
- Must be fluent in **Bengali** (spoken)
- Basic computer skills for updating data and call logs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Target-driven, with the ability to work under pressure

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
