**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-Collections Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a Tele-Collections Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding payments from our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage customer relationships will be key to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers via phone to remind them of outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment terms and follow up on payment commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
- Handle customer queries and provide necessary information regarding their accounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 1 - 4 years in tele-collections roles.
- Excellent communication skills. Good command over English & Kannada language.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and manage conflict effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
