**Job Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Collections Executive** with 1-2 years of experience to manage collections specifically related to **recruitment and staffing clients**. This role involves coordination with the business development and HR teams, generating client invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow up with **corporate clients** to ensure timely payments for recruitment and staffing services.
- Coordinate closely with **business development and HR teams** to align on billing cycles, client terms, and deliverables.
- **Generate and issue invoices** to clients accurately and on time.
- Track outstanding payments and maintain updated records in Excel and internal systems.
- Prepare and share regular reports on receivables, aging reports, and follow-up status.
- Address and resolve client queries related to invoicing and collections.
- Escalate unresolved or delayed payments to the finance lead or senior management.
- Support audit and compliance efforts with accurate documentation.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 1-2 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, preferably in the **staffing or recruitment domain**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, etc.) and data analysis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in **invoice generation and client coordination**.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with **corporate payment cycles** and follow-up practices in the staffing industry.
- Working knowledge of **CRM or ERP systems** used in finance or B2B operations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
