**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: WFO/Vasai
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve product/order issues and track order status efficiently.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, production) for resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or customer service preferred.
- Basic computer skills and social media familiarity.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
