**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Handle and manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule posts to enhance engagement, increase followers, and boost brand presence.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement digital campaigns and promotions.
- **Content Creation & Copywriting**:

- Write creative, engaging, and brand-consistent copy for various platforms in Hindi, including social media posts, blogs, articles, and marketing materials.
- Tailor content to resonate with the target audience and increase brand awareness.
- Ensure that content follows SEO best practices and is optimized for search engines.
- Translate English content into Hindi, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the tone and intent of the original message.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to drive engagement and achieve marketing goals.
- Stay updated on current trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to create relevant and innovative content.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the PR team, graphic designers, and marketing professionals to ensure content is aligned with the brand’s overall strategy.
- Provide input and feedback to improve content quality and creativity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
