**Job Summary**

As the Digital Post Creator and Social Media Handler, you will be responsible for crafting compelling digital content and managing Zaminedge’s social media presence to showcase our cutting-edge proptech solutions. You will create engaging posts, manage platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube, and connect with property stakeholders, tech enthusiasts, and industry professionals to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in India and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation**: Develop high-quality, platform-specific content (text, images, videos, infographics) highlighting Zaminedge’s proptech innovations, such as property search platforms, virtual tours, or smart home solutions.

**Social Media Management**:Oversee daily posting schedules, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to comments/messages to build a vibrant online community.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content aligns with Zaminedge’s brand identity, emphasizing innovation, trust, and customer-centricity in the proptech sector.

**Campaign Execution**:Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch social media campaigns promoting new features, partnerships, or real estate market insights.

**Analytics & Insights**:Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite, analyzing metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, engagement) to optimize content strategies.

Market Engagement: Create content that resonates with diverse audiences, including homebuyers, real estate developers, and tech enthusiasts, showcasing Zaminedge’s role in India’s proptech revolution.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on proptech trends, real estate market dynamics, and social media algorithms to produce timely and relevant content.

Collaboration: Work with product teams to translate technical features (e.g., AI-driven property analytics) into accessible, engaging posts for non-technical audiences.

**Qualifications & Skills**

Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in proptech, real estate, or tech industries. Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and X is essential.

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) for performance tracking.

**Communication**:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and audience-focused content.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of India’s real estate or proptech sectors, including property trends, customer needs, or digital transformation, is a plus.

**Creativity**: Strong storytelling and visual design skills to create innovative content that stands out in the competitive proptech space.

**Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple platforms, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint) are an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
