**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Management**: Oversee and maintain our social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to foster a positive and interactive community.
- **Platform Growth**: Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media followers and enhance engagement across all platforms.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights; prepare regular reports to share with the team.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are effective and innovative.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn) for a brand or organization.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of social media KPIs, community management, and platform growth strategies.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Proactiveness**: Ability to proactively engage with followers and handle inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**:

- **Google Analytics**: Proficiency in using Google Analytics to track and report on social media performance.
- **Paid Advertising**: Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
