**Responsibilities**:

- Establish strong relationships with business leaders at all levels to accurately diagnose learning needs, propose learning solutions and support with the delivery of those solutions (e.g., learning assessments, train-the-trainer, design and delivery of workshops and programs)
- Combine deep strategic learning expertise and knowledge of business needs to craft meaningful learning interventions.
- Help managers develop their team members through learning paths for career pathing.
- Drive learning initiatives in the business

**Required Skills**:

- 5-10 years of experience in L&D and a few years as a learning business partner.
- Needs to provide learning consultancy to business.
- Plan, Monitor and Track learning initiatives for the organisation.
- Aware of GCP/HCLS domain.
- Worked with internal and external stakeholders on digital learning.
- Managing and reporting out to stakeholders.
