It should capture only the key responsibilities of the role.ResponsibilitiesStrategy and PlanningDevelop digital learning content and solutions aligned to business needs, using instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.Policies, Processes & ProceduresEnsure digital learning content meets organizational and regulatory needs.Course uploads, Test creation and MaintenanceLearner ExperienceCreate or source engaging content to address capability gaps and for delivering best in class digital learning content.Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies, AI tools and applications to enhance learning impactPeople ManagementPartner with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute engagement campaigns to promote adoption of digital learning initiativesOPERATING NETWORKKey interactions which are essential to execute the role. This will include both internal (excluding sub-ordinates) and external stakeholders.Learning Partners, Technology team, Subject Matter expertsDigital Content Vendors, LMS providersROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTSMinimum qualification which are essential to execute the role.EducationEssential: Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinePreferred: Certification in Digital Instructional DesignExperienceEssential :2-3 years’ experience in digital learning roleFunctional / Behavioral competencies required to execute the roleFUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIESProficiency in LMS administrationFamiliarity with authoring toolsUnderstanding of learning analytics and data visualizationBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESStrong collaboration and Stakeholder management skillsCreativity and innovationAgility in the adoption of digital trends
