Job Description for Receptionist/Telecaller at a Cosmetic Clinic

Key Responsibilities:

- Reception Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department as needed
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries
- Telecalling and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers
- Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records, including patient files and databases
- Assist with data entry, filing, and inventory management
- Manage billing and payment processing as required

Requirements and Skills:

- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or administrative assistance are a plus
- Experience : Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but freshers can also apply
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Data entry and CRM handling skills

Personality : Friendly, professional, and customer-focused

Skills : Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Ability : Multitasking, problem-solving, and adaptability

Pay: ₹10,179.80 - ₹25,570.47 per month
