We are looking for a professional and proactive **Clinic Receptionist** with a strong background in **cold calling** and **sales**. This unique hybrid role combines traditional receptionist duties with sales-oriented tasks to support the clinic’s growth and patient engagement efforts. You will be the first point of contact for patients, manage front desk operations, and assist in lead generation and appointment scheduling through proactive cold calling to increase patient volume.

**Key Responsibilities: Receptionist Duties**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments or staff members.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately and promptly.
- Ensure all patient information is recorded and updated in the clinic’s database.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- **Patient Interaction & Support**:

- Provide patients with information about clinic services, procedures, and physicians.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- **Administrative Assistance**:

- Process patient payments, co-pays, and insurance information.
- Maintain office supplies and order new stock as needed.
- Coordinate with the medical team for necessary patient-related communication.

**Cold Calling & Sales Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling for Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients, local businesses, and organizations to generate leads and set appointments.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries or leads from marketing campaigns to convert them into scheduled appointments.
- Promote the clinic’s services, including new offerings, seasonal promotions, or special packages.
- Engage in targeted cold calling campaigns to introduce the clinic’s services to potential new patients.
- **Sales & Appointment Setting**:

- Qualify leads through initial calls to assess patient needs and book consultations or treatments.
- Effectively pitch the clinic’s services, answering potential patients' questions, addressing objections, and encouraging them to schedule an appointment.
- Close sales and schedule consultations or procedures directly, ensuring all appointments are confirmed.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and current patients, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Use CRM tools to track patient interactions, follow-up activities, and sales conversions.
- Gather patient feedback and ensure patient satisfaction to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- **Reporting**:

- Report on cold calling efforts, lead conversions, and sales performance to clinic management regularly.
- Identify trends in patient inquiries and sales activity to adjust strategies and improve results.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service, preferably in healthcare or a service-related industry is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Persuasive sales skills with the ability to engage and convert leads.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
