**Job Summary**:
The Clinic Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring efficient front-desk operations in a professional and compassionate manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Register new patients and update existing patient information.
- Maintain and organize patient files and records.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and manage billing information.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Follow clinic policies and procedures regarding privacy and confidentiality

Location-Jayanagar

Pay: ₹10,236.34 - ₹25,565.42 per month
