The care delivery is seamless with continuous monitoring via connected glucometer and the Apollo Sugar App, offering advisory support from health coaches. With 90+ clinics, Apollo Sugar has recently introduced a smaller partnership model, "Sugar – Apollo Clinics for Diabetes," to extend their services to a broader audience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Receptionist, located in Bengaluru. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling phone calls with professionalism, and performing receptionist duties such as greeting patients and ensuring a smooth patient flow. The role also includes familiarity with medical terminology and assisting in medical office operations.QualificationsExperience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist DutiesProficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling patient inquiriesKnowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and handle administrative tasks efficientlyPrevious experience in a healthcare setting is preferredBHA / MHA
