Creation of renewal enquiry & attaching the documents.
- Generation of renewal quotes.
- Coordinating with the insurance company when quotation is referred.
- Policy Issuance (when Dubai team is loaded)
- Sending renewal quotes to client and negotiating with them follow up calls for the quote sent.
- Once the confirmation is received from the client, send payment modes.
- Once payment receipt and all documents are verified. Send the confirmation to the Dubai team to issue the policy.
- Sending the policy documents to the client ERP work - Each enquiry follow up is updated, declining - new and renewal enquiry more than one month, policy details update for pending contracts
- Sending quote for new enquiry
- Follow up calls for quote sent for new enquiry
- Confirmation to send policy documents to client (new enquiry)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Outbound voice: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
