**Job Summary**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales (minimum 2-4 years).
- Experience or knowledge in the freight forwarding/logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure.
- Bachelor’s Degree any field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote freight forwarding and logistics services
- Generate qualified leads and set up meetings for field sales teams.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored logistics solutions.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently to close sales
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Update CRM system with accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
