We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our internal communications, create engaging blog content, and build professional networks. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about social media and video content creation.

Key Responsibilities
- **Create video content independently** - filming, editing, and producing engaging videos for various platforms
- Develop content for internal communications and company blogs
- Build and maintain professional networks across social media platforms
- Manage social media calendars and posting schedules
- Write blog posts and collaborate with teams on content ideas
- Track performance metrics and optimize content based on results
- Engage with industry professionals and respond to social media interactions

What You NeedEssential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- **Video editing skills** (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- **Passion for learning and staying updated with digital trends**:

- Basic experience with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Experience Level
- **0-2 years of experience** (fresh graduates welcome)
- Personal projects, internships, or coursework demonstrating social media skills
- Any experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
