**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Plan, design, and post compelling creatives, videos, and reels across social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Generate organic leads through strategic content creation, community engagement, and relationship building with target audiences.
- Monitor social media channels, track performance metrics, and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to create cohesive and impactful social media campaigns.
- Design presentations and printing-related collaterals, such as brochures, flyers, and posters, to support marketing and promotional activities.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, and incorporate innovative techniques to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creative optimization, to drive desired outcomes.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for future strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in social media marketing, with 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in designing and creating engaging content, including graphics, videos, and reels, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with hands-on experience in managing accounts and creating impactful campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in generating organic leads and driving conversions through social media channels is highly desirable.
