**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive

**Location**: Kandivali

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate and complete information about products, services, or policies.
- Actively listen to customer needs, address questions, and offer relevant solutions.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring quick and accurate follow-up.
- Record detailed notes of each customer interaction and resolution for future reference.
- **Order Management**:

- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Monitor order status and keep customers informed of any changes or delays.
- Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and promptly.
- **Customer Feedback Collection**:

- Collect and record feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Identify trends in customer concerns or complaints and report them to management.
- Contribute to improving support resources, such as FAQs or training materials.
- **Policy and Procedure Adherence**:

- Follow all company policies and procedures, maintaining data privacy and accuracy.
- Stay updated on product features, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Support team efforts to continuously improve processes for faster, more effective service.
- **CRM Management**:

- Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Update customer profiles, interaction records, and service notes for future reference.
- Use CRM insights to personalize interactions and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge and Upselling**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide well-informed support.
- Recognize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that meet customer needs.
- Ensure all recommendations align with customer preferences and needs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
