**Field Marketing Executive - Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct research on solar energy markets, potential customers, and trends.
- **Brand Promotion**: Promote solar panels, installation services, and maintenance contracts through local marketing campaigns.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with potential customers, provide product demos, and answer technical questions.
- **Sales Support**: Generate leads and assist with promotional displays at events.
- **Event Management**: Plan and organize solar workshops, outreach programs, and educational seminars.
- **Reporting**: Document field activities, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster relationships with local businesses, developers, and community leaders.
- **Product Training**: Stay updated on solar technologies and train staff on solar products.
- **Budget Management**: Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending for maximum impact.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all marketing activities follow industry regulations.

**Locations**: Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada
**Salary**:

- **Fresher**: ₹15,000 + TA/month
- **Experienced**: ₹15,000-₹25,000 + TA/month (based on experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
