**Profile - Precast Erection Engineer**

**Qualification - B.Tech - civil**

**Salary - Upto 4.8 LPA**

**Experience - Min. 4+ yrs construction industry (min. 2 yrs. exp. in pre cast)**

**Location - Bangalore**

**Pre-Installation Planning**

**Site Preparation: Assess and prepare the site for the arrival and installation of precast elements.**

**Coordination with Teams: Coordinate with design, production, and construction teams to ensure all necessary information and resources are in place before installation begins.**

**Equipment and Tools: Ensure that all necessary equipment, tools, and machinery are available and in good working condition for the erection process.**

**Safety Protocols: Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment during the erection process.**

**Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.**

**Training: Provide safety training for the erection crew on proper handling and installation of precast components.**

**On-Site Supervision: Supervise the erection crew on-site, providing guidance and support as needed.**

**Coordination: Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and other personnel to ensure the safe and efficient lifting and placement of precast elements.**

**Scheduling: Develop and manage the erection schedule to ensure timely completion of installation activities.**
