**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop accurate and detailed 3D models using **Tekla Structures** for commercial and industrial building projects.
- Prepare comprehensive **shop drawings, GA drawings, and reinforcement details** for precast and structural elements.
- developing models for walls, beams, columns, panels, **rebar detailing** (including precise details on bends, hooks, and other end treatments) and ensuring model accuracy and compliance with BIM
- tools ; **Revit and Tekla** Structures
- experience of handling Canadian and USA region projects
- experience range dedicated to precast structures of minimum **12 to 20years**.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of design intent and construction feasibility.
- Support the engineering team in **precast layout planning, connection detailing, and quantity take-offs**.
- Identify and resolve modeling clashes and constructability issues during the design phase.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient in **Tekla Structures** with a focus on precast concrete modeling.
- Experience in **commercial and industrial building projects** is essential.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred.
