To achieve the sales & Service targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the correct product or service and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP.
- Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company’s strategies to enhance the store’s profit.
- Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement.
- Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall. Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc.
- Assist in BTL marketing.
- Pack products in front of the CCTV camera for orders received through online channels in order to maintain security protocol.
- Review online advertising & marketing campaign set up for and respond to leads generated
- Respond to customer comments and inbox messages on online portals like Meta Platforms and Google Platforms (FB, Insta & Youtube)
- Convert leads generated to potential clients and covert into sale of products
- Produce and Report the daily dashboard for performance and weekly meetings

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to understand the customer requirements
- Ability to convince & sell suitable products
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Knowledge of online platforms and social media
- Customer service skills
- Must be able to speak in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Other languages like Gujrati, Marwadi are a plus

**Qualifications**
- 2+ Years of experience in product sale
- Good to have Jewelry & Gemstone sale experience
- Graduate from any discipline
- 12th (HSC) min
- Ability to convince & sell suitable products to customers
- Self-motivated and driven by targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
